MTC Media Services ("MTC", "we", "us") provides marketing, drone photography and videography, 3D printing, design, and custom AI system services. These terms apply to your use of this website and to service engagements unless a signed agreement says otherwise.

The content on this site is provided for general information about our services. Portfolio imagery is representative of capabilities. We may update, correct, or remove content at any time without notice.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit unlawful, abusive, or deceptive content through the contact form.

Submitting the contact form is a request for information, not a binding order. Scope, pricing, timelines, and deliverables for any project are agreed in writing before work begins. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Aerial work is performed in accordance with applicable aviation regulations and local permissions. Flights depend on weather, airspace authorization, and site conditions, and may be rescheduled for safety or legal reasons at our discretion.

3D printed parts are produced to agreed specifications and tolerances. Unless agreed in writing, parts are not certified for safety-critical use. Custom AI system builds are delivered as configured at handover; ongoing maintenance is a separate engagement.

Unless a project agreement says otherwise, final deliverables are licensed or assigned to the client on full payment, and we retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio. Site content, branding, and imagery on this website belong to MTC Media Services and may not be reused without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any engagement is limited to the amount paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
