Accessibility statement
Our commitment
MTC Media Services wants everyone to be able to use this site, regardless of ability or technology. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and the spirit of Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act.
What we have built in
The site is designed with the following measures:
Semantic HTML landmarks and heading structure; text alternatives on meaningful images; labels attached above every form field with clear inline error messages; keyboard operable navigation, accordion, and form controls with visible focus states; color contrast targeted at WCAG AA for text; and a "skip to content" link on document pages.
Motion is treated as an enhancement. If your system sets "reduce motion", the site disables the scroll-driven hero film, smooth scrolling, and entrance animations, and shows complete static content instead.
Known limitations
The home page uses a scroll-linked video sequence that is decorative in nature; its informational content is also available as text. Some portfolio imagery is inherently visual; we keep descriptions in alt text and captions.
Feedback and assistance
If you hit a barrier on this site, or need any content in an alternative format, reach us through the contact form on the homepage. Please describe the page and the problem; we aim to respond within two business days and to fix verified issues promptly.
Enforcement and formal complaints
If you are in the United States and wish to pursue a formal Section 508 complaint, you may contact the relevant federal agency. We would appreciate the chance to fix the issue first.
